Pizza & Pizzette |
Our standard dough is made from Gilchester organic stoneground flour, farmed & milled in Northumberland. Our pizzas have thin 12" bases, and our pizzetti (mini-pizzas) are about 6" diameter, with hunkier bases. We can also make "Roman-style" pizza & pizzette bases using spelt flour on prior request. Standard toppings are homemade tomato sauce and a blend of Mozzarella and a local artisan cheese. Other toppings: |
